This series of drawings is an observation on reflection as an act of recovery. The image proceeds from a sensation (affection) to be acted upon. The banality of the space is of specific interest, in that it gives the memory room to act. The nascent generality of the idea consists in a certain activity of the mind, in a movement between action and representation.
